Week 2 Workout Plan:

Monday: Chest and Triceps

  • Bench Press: 3 sets x 8 reps
  • Incline Dumbbell Press: 3 sets x 10 reps
  • Cable Fly: 3 sets x 12 reps
  • Tricep Pushdown: 3 sets x 10 reps
  • Overhead Tricep Extension: 3 sets x 12 reps

Tuesday: Back and Biceps

  • Deadlift: 3 sets x 6 reps
  • Lat Pulldown: 3 sets x 8 reps
  • Seated Cable Row: 3 sets x 10 reps
  • Bicep Curl: 3 sets x 10 reps
  • Hammer Curl: 3 sets x 12 reps

Wednesday: Rest Day

Thursday: Shoulder and Forearms

  • Military Press: 3 sets x 8 reps
  • Arnold Press: 3 sets x 10 reps
  • Lateral Raise: 3 sets x 12 reps
  • Wrist Curl: 3 sets x 10 reps
  • Reverse Wrist Curl: 3 sets x 10 reps

Friday: Legs

  • Squats: 3 sets x 8 reps
  • Leg Press: 3 sets x 10 reps
  • Lunges: 3 sets x 12 reps
  • Leg Extension: 3 sets x 10 reps
  • Leg Curl: 3 sets x 10 reps

Saturday: Cardio

  • Choose any cardio machine and perform 30 minutes of interval training (1 minute of high intensity followed by 1 minute of low intensity)
